How do we do this?  It starts with communication.  To us, an integral part of our business is communicating with our customers.  The invoices we leave behind after installing or repairing a sprinkler system or irrigation system will typically have tips and suggestions to help keep your lawn looking great.  We also strive to return phone calls in a timely manner.  You will be able to contact your lawn care technician directly rather than going through customer service representatives who are not working on the lawns themselves.  Because we are a privately owned company, we are not driven by corporate quotas that can lead to poor customer service.

An advantage we have over the competitions is knowledge and experience.  Our certified technician, Joe Stennes, has been in the green industry for 12 years.  Joe has successfully tackled many lawn problems over the years in partnership with the homeowners. This in-the-field experience translates into peace of mind for the homeowners.  You can feel confident that the proper steps are taken each time we visit your lawn to maintain optimal health and vigor.
